Please Grade my essay.
A big salary is much more important than job satisfaction.
Do you agree or disagree?
We’ve always heard the expression “do what you love and everything else will follow”, to what extent is this true? In a rapidly developing country like England, is gaining a high salary more important than being happy with one’s job? In my opinion, I disagree with the statement that earning a high income is more important than being satisfied with one’s job, as money follows job satisfaction.
Happiness is part of life and any person strives to gain it. While earning a high salary may make some people happy short term, it isn’t lasting nor sustainable as it doesn’t lead to happiness. Happiness is gained when one is satisfied with his or her job. For example. As an undergraduate medical student, It is critical for me to be happy with what I do so I can be more willing to help my patients. If I was concerned with money, I may not be concerned with the care of my patients.
On the other hand, I may not necessarily find a job that I am passionate about due to my circumstances such as lack of money, education etc. This may force me to be stuck in a job that I do not like. For example, as a child, I may have been passionate about being a doctor, however, due to circumstances I may have just settled with working in a restaurant where I am not happy leading me to chase after a big salary instead.
In conclusion, while earning a living is important, job satisfaction leads to more success

In some countries, a few people earn extremely high salaries. Some people think this is good for the country, while others believe that the government should control salaries and limit the amount people earn.
Discuss both views and give your opinion.
In many different countries around the world, The amount of individuals earning extremely high salaries is very little and their are people who believe this is good for the country, other people think that the government should limit the income received by those individuals. This essay will discuss why having few people earn high salaries will benefit society but why having the government intervene will ultimately help the the country.
First, receiving high salaries will give credit to those who work extra hard. Additionally, it will motivate them to produce more and excel in their work area. This will help the economy by creating more jobs and increasing the amount of transactions that happen in a country which will help the GDP of that country to rise. Furthermore, children will be motivated to do better in school because they will try to imitate those hard working people who receive high salaries.
On the other hand, the second group of people who believe that the government should limit the salaries earned believe this for many different reasons. First, this will help to reduce the gap between the rich and the poor which will help to reduce the crime rate in that country. Second, Poverty will decrease because the poor will have a source of income. Third, The needy will have a chance to get an education which will help them get a job and this will have a positive effect on the country because it will have more productive citizens.
To conclude, whether the government should intervene in distributing salaries is a highly controversial issue. Some people believe he should while others including me believe he should because this will help the country.

Some people argue that it is more important to have an enjoyable job than to earn a lot of money. Others disagree and think that a good salary leads to a better life.Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.
Nowadays, most people go to college and university to study a field they might like in order to have a good and enjoyable job. However, money is still an important factor in a job selection, and several people argue that earning money is more important than an enjoyable job.
On the one hand, it is true that in a way, money leads to a better life quality. With more money we can, for instance, consume more, buy good quality products, go on holidays and do numerous activities. All these things contribute to a more enjoyable life. Even though the job we do does not completely satisfy us, all the other moments apart from our job time will be filled with exciting things. The purpose is to reach well being and to some extent happiness, and money is a way to do it.
On the other hand, although money is a way to reach happiness, it may be not enough. It is not by chance that nowadays people are seeking a job that fit their interests. It is a tendency that increase more and more in western countries. For example, universities provide a wider range of topics and programs every year in order to answer to the question that every young wonder : "What I want to do of my life?" In some cases, some decide to quit their job, even well paid, because they evolve in an environment they do not like. This is well the proof that money cannot satisfy all our needs.
In conclusion, I personally think that even though money can help to have a better life, it cannot completely lead to happiness. We spend the major part of our life at work and people are more and more aware that this part has to be enjoyable.

The most important consideration when choosing any career or job is having a high income.
To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Making a choice regarding profession or job is one of the toughest aspects in our lives. Therefore, majority of the people consider high financial income to be the top priority in selecting any job or career. I personally believe that job satisfaction and career growth are crucial factors while opting for a job or selecting a career.
To begin with, job satisfaction is given the top most priority amongst any other factor while pursuing any job. Job satisfaction includes vacations, health benefits, work-life-balance and many more parameters. Moreover, many individual’s feelings of job satisfaction come from their professional achievements, the skills they learn, and the position they reach, rather than the money they earn. For instance, a recent article was published in The Times Of India stating that people tend to work at a place longer where they are satisfied with the services provided to them rather than salary.
On the other hand there is career growth also which helps in choosing a place to work. However, while opting for a career there are a plethora of elements that are taken into consideration. People choose a profession to help the society or either to help others. For example, musicians and artists are known for choosing a career path which does not always provide them high amount of financial help to support their families.
To conclude, the remuneration should definitely be the first thing to consider when choosing a job because it is impossible to lead a comfortable life without a decent salary. However, money alone cannot make people happy and hence other factors like job satisfaction and working hours too should be considered before taking up a job.
