I have not heard about anybody's experiences of this, but the scoring would be exactly the same. It would use the same band descriptors.

I have recently given IELTS for UKVI on Computer in Islamabad, Pakistan and the only difference they brought is in the listening section. It is almost the same but they have modified the sections by reducing the difficulty levels and distributed each section with fewer questions.

Does it have 10 min extra to transfer answers to the computer same as a paper-based test?

Are we given a rough paper to make some points for writing module?

Yes I assume it is the same as it says this on the British Council:

"All other aspects of the test are identical whether it is taken on paper or on computer".
